Every year, we ask our customers to nominate the people on their teams who make maintenance work better. These are the ones who chase down a root cause instead of settling for a quick fix, who turn a messy parts room into a system, who make Limble work for them in ways we never expected.

This year's nominations delivered, and narrowing them down to finalists was not easy.

Below are the finalists across all nine 2026 award categories. Congratulations to everyone named here! Being nominated by your own team is an award in itself.

Unsung Hero Award

For the person who keeps things running without ever asking for the spotlight.

  • Casey Yock - E-BEAM Services. Casey built a work-request process from scratch, getting the production team to log track cart breakdowns with enough detail - cart number, location, symptoms - that repairs could finally be traced to the root cause instead of guessed at.
  • Mitch Bragg - Bradhart. Mitch is the "let's figure it out" guy. He doesn't wait for a problem to become someone else's job. His teammates describe him as the person everyone turns to when equipment or process issues pop up, quietly preventing small issues from becoming big ones.
  • Morgan Meaclem - Sony. When a machine kept throwing the same fault with no record of what had already been tried, Morgan started using Limble to log every fault, check, and fix, turning repeat guesswork into a searchable history the whole team could use.
  • Michael James - CHG. Leading a massive phase-one rollout across hundreds of users, Michael built the PM import processes and standardized workflows that every other CHG location is now copying wholesale.
  • Paul Parado - Mid Atlantic Retina. Fast, detail-oriented, and universally well-liked, Paul is the kind of technician who advocates for staff and vendors alike and squeezes in an extra work order whenever he can.

Spare Parts Superstar

For the person who brought order (and savings) to the parts room.

  • Tim Williams - Earp Distribution. Tim organized an entire inventory of parts into four large cabinets and gave accounting real visibility into what parts actually cost the business.
  • Pablo Torres - Lakanto. Pablo ties every spare part to its asset and PM schedule in Limble, using cost-by-asset data to discover that two machines were driving 68% of total parts spend.
  • Gerard Balon - Calico Labs. Gerard ran systematic "no-movement" audits across multiple buildings, reorganized stockrooms for high-frequency access, and recovered over $7,500 in cash by liquidating surplus equipment and parts.
  • Howard Catagas - Century Casino. A longtime Limble power user, Howard's fingerprints are on every electrical box, motor mount, and heat exchanger his team maintains.
  • Gary Cunningham - Priefert Ranch and Rodeo Equipment. Gary went from zero PM tracking to full meter-based PMs across the fleet, and built the parts-tracking discipline that proved the company was overspending on non-OEM parts, a case strong enough to get 50 more users onto Limble.

Customer Experience Enthusiast

For the person who makes the experience better for everyone around them.

  • Steffanie Tran - Calico Life Sciences. Steffanie treats scientists as internal customers, streamlining how researchers request help and onboard new instruments so the science never has to wait on facilities.
  • Christine Laszlo - Rhino Facilities. Supporting hundreds of veterinary clinics and hospitals, Christine keeps asset data accurate, trains new users at every site, and cleans up data issues before they snowball.
  • Walter Hernandez - Chatham Steel. Walter rolled out Limble at multiple plants simultaneously and helped it expand into four additional companies after showing corporate the results.
  • Salah Eddine Akradi - Montfort Hospital. A strong preventive maintenance program at the hospital has meant less equipment downtime and a safer, more reliable environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
  • Robert Allamong - Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority. Robert led the charge on getting every piece of regional equipment into Limble, doing both the system setup and the field repairs himself.

Downtime Disrupter

For the person driving downtime toward zero.

  • Ibrar Khan - Owens-Illinois. Ibrar drives downtime down through discovery PMs and his own detailed work requests, helping the Batch Department run at just 0.4% downtime year-to-date.
  • Ryan Walton - Infra-Metals. Ryan writes some of the most detailed PMs of any Limble customer and expanded the rollout across other plants at speed.
  • Ray Arduini - E-BEAM Services. As maintenance lead in New Jersey, Ray uses work order history to spot failure trends and has cut downtime by roughly 40% on two of the company's main lines.
  • Luvanny Clark - Princess Juliana International Airport. Daily Limble use has pushed preventive work up and turned once-lengthy audits into fast, fully documented processes. Other airports on the island now benchmark against it.
  • Colomarino Hennis - Princess Juliana International Airport. Colomarino has helped make the airport's maintenance program a model others look to for reducing downtime and proving PM completion.

Next Gen Ninja

For the rising talent pushing maintenance forward.

  • Don Barton - Alkegen. Don set the vision for what maintenance should look like at Alkegen, leading efforts to reduce downtime, improve parts availability, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Connor Bell - Owens-Illinois. Connor has worked hand-in-hand with the Limble team on scheduling systems, shift patterns, and KPI tracking, turning his facility's setup into the new global standard for O-I.
  • Adrian Razo - E-BEAM Services. Adrian moved from production into maintenance, trained as a welder, and is now building first-ever PMs for equipment that used to only get serviced after it broke.
  • Matt Smith - Morris Packaging. Matt is exploring Limble's AI PM Builder and working out integrations with Rubygo, Microsoft Dynamics, and Flex to pull equipment-hours data automatically instead of tracking it by hand.
  • Michael Kongos - Varland Plating. As an intern, Michael converted a decades-old paper PM system into Limble, building the company's first accurate asset list and rolling out QR codes so non-maintenance staff could submit work requests.

Productivity Powerhouse

For the team turning Limble data into serious operational gains.

  • Tim Williams - Earp Distribution. Thanks to Tim, parts are fully accounted for, and downtime has dropped to nearly nothing.
  • Clint Bundy - Jacam Catalyst. Under Clint's leadership, the team prioritizes planned work well ahead of time, keeping on-time completion high and downtime low.
  • Scott Tipton - Emerson Micro Motion. Over three years, Scott has made his site the Emerson-wide benchmark for Limble use, driving down MTTR and giving leadership clear visibility into maintenance performance.
  • Allen Shields - Artco-Bell. Allen finished onboarding Limble in 88 days and pushed planned-vs-unplanned maintenance from 10% planned to 77% planned within two years, all while keeping it simple enough for every tech to use.
  • Kristina LaMarco - The Summit Center. Kristina doesn't wait for work requests; she does a daily building check and creates her own work orders for anything that needs attention.

Proactive Pioneer

For the person building maintenance programs that get ahead of failure.

  • Nima Nath - Calico Life Sciences. Nima connected condition-monitoring hardware directly into daily workflows, protecting irreplaceable biological samples across 90+ cold storage units and sensitive lab equipment.
  • Adam Arruda - Teknor Apex. Adam led Limble's implementation and then layered in Augury condition-monitoring sensors, so PM schedules now trigger off real asset health data instead of the calendar.
  • Joshua Burkholder - Carter Lumber. Josh built out the Limble program across 30 locations and continues training new techs and refining best practices daily.
  • Parker Lee - Owens-Illinois. Parker's facility went from paper PMs and a 12% downtime rate to 2.6% YTD downtime and over 88% planned work, saving more than $250K in parts costs along the way.
  • Yusuf Shabbir - BlueScope North America. Yusuf is spearheading a corporate-wide plan to cut downtime, using early success at one site as the model for rolling out to three more.

Tech Innovator

For the person pushing Limble into new technical territory.

  • Lucinda Mills - Twin City Foods, Inc. Lucinda standardized a patchwork of software and paper processes across every site, rolling out mobile tablets and unlocking parts-tracking insight the company never had before.
  • Darwin Knight - PolyExcel. An early beta tester of Limble's mobile app, Darwin's feedback directly shaped the product roadmap, and he's since become one of Limble’s most active advocates and referral sources.
  • Collin Redden - RUBIS Caribbean. Collin has led RUBIS's integration efforts across multiple software systems and beta-tested new features since day one, continuously pushing for more value from the Limble platform.
  • Justin Rutherford - Sitka Power. Justin has gone well beyond day-one usage, engaging with Limble's MCP connector integration and building custom dashboards.
  • Christy Stine - Commonwealth University. Christy has been deep in Limble's V3 beta program, surfacing bugs before they reach the broader customer base.

Reporting Revolutionary

For the person turning maintenance data into decisions.

  • Denise Dang - Calico Life Sciences. Denise centralized asset records and built reporting pipelines across Lab Operations, FP&A, and Purchasing; work that helped identify over $554K in service contract savings.
  • Salah Eddine Akradi - Montfort Hospital. Salah's reporting tracks PM completion, backlog, downtime, and compliance, helping prioritize capital projects and supporting a successful accreditation survey.
  • Vincent Cantu - E-BEAM Services. Vince built daily team reports and an all-time asset report that tracks downtime and cost with data that the team has used to justify replacing end-of-life equipment.
  • Brian Beddoes - Macy's. Brian built dashboards for every distribution center he oversees, using them to track team performance and hold facilities accountable for budgets and spend.
  • Jeffrey Hamilton - Southern Coos Hospital. Jeffrey built a complete asset and PM database from scratch, dramatically improving audit readiness for the whole organization.

We'll reveal the winners in each category live at the Virtual Maintenance Heroes Summit! Register now to save your seat and be there when we announce this year's winners.

Until then, join us in congratulating all of this year's finalists for the work they put in every single day to keep their teams running.
