Announcing the 2026 Maintenance Hero Award Winners
We revealed them live at the virtual Maintenance Heroes Summit, and now we're sharing them with everyone.
From teams that slashed downtime to people who turned messy parts rooms into well-oiled systems, these are the people setting the standard for what great maintenance looks like.
Congratulations to all of our 2026 Maintenance Hero Award winners, and a big thank you to every finalist and nominator who made this year's awards so competitive!
Unsung Hero
This award goes to people who overcame personal or professional obstacles and made daily life better for themselves and their entire teams.

Morgan Meaclem, Sony
When a machine kept throwing the same fault with no record of what had already been tried, Morgan started using Limble to log every fault, check, and fix. The result was a searchable history the whole team could use, turning repeat guesswork into real root cause work.

Michael James, CHG
Leading a massive phase-one rollout across hundreds of users, Michael built the PM import processes and standardized workflows that every other CHG location is now copying wholesale. He created dashboards and KPI widgets that all phase one teams adopted as their own, and he uses them to monitor total efficiency.
Spare Parts Superstar
The right part at the right time. These winners organize their parts, keep critical spares in stock, and forecast usage so nothing stands in the way of getting the job done.

Pablo Torres, Lakanto
Pablo ties every spare part to its asset and PM schedule in Limble. Using cost-by-asset data, he discovered that two machines were driving 68% of total parts spend. He keeps roughly 95% parts-inventory coverage and stages spares ahead of shutdowns, keeping unplanned downtime near zero.

Gary Cunningham, Priefert Ranch and Rodeo Equipment
Gary went from zero PM tracking to full meter-based PMs across the fleet. He also built the parts-tracking discipline that proved the company was overspending on non-OEM parts, a case strong enough to persuade the business to add 50 more users onto Limble.
Customer Experience Enthusiast
Great maintenance shapes the experience of everyone who walks through the door. These winners streamlined work requests and kept their facilities running smoothly.

Christine Laszlo, Rhino Facilities
Supporting hundreds of veterinary clinics and hospitals, Christine keeps asset data accurate, trains new users at every site, and cleans up data issues before they snowball.

Walter Hernandez, Chatham Steel
Walter rolled out Limble at multiple plants at once and attended nearly every training Limble offers. His team's results convinced corporate to expand Limble into four additional companies.
Downtime Disruptor
These winners tackled unplanned downtime, improved equipment performance, cut repair times, and extended time between failures.

Ryan Walton, Infra-Metals
Ryan writes some of the most detailed PMs of any Limble customer. He launched quickly and expanded across other plants at speed, driving more planned maintenance and less downtime.

Ray Arduini, E-BEAM Services
As maintenance lead in New Jersey, Ray uses work order history to spot failure trends. He has cut downtime by roughly 40% on two of the company's main lines. He also built a floor-wide standard that nothing is complete until it's captured in Limble.
Next Gen Ninja
This award honors up-and-coming maintenance professionals who are already making an impact through curiosity, innovation, and a drive to learn.

Connor Bell, O-I Glass
Connor has worked hand-in-hand with the Limble team on scheduling systems, shift patterns, and KPI tracking, turning his facility's setup into the new global standard for O-I.

Matt Smith, Morris Packaging
Matt is exploring Limble's AI PM Builder and working out integrations with Rubygo, Microsoft Dynamics, and Flex to pull equipment-hours data automatically instead of tracking it by hand.
Productivity Powerhouse
These winners prioritize and assign work with precision, raise on-time completion rates, and lift the productivity of their entire team.

Scott Tipton, Emerson Micro Motion
Over three years, Scott has made his site the Emerson-wide benchmark for Limble use, driving down MTTR and giving leadership clear visibility into maintenance performance.

Allen Shields, Artco-Bell
Allen finished onboarding Limble in 88 days and pushed planned-vs-unplanned maintenance from 10% planned to 77% planned within two years, all while keeping it simple enough for every tech to use.
Proactive Pioneer
This award is for those who stopped reacting and started preventing, by launching or optimizing preventive maintenance programs or using sensors to automate PM scheduling.

Joshua Burkholder, Carter Lumber
Josh helped his organization prevent downtime by helping teams at 30 locations get up to speed with Limble and continues training new techs and refining best practices daily.

Parker Lee, O-I Glass
Parker's facility went from paper PMs and a 12% downtime rate to 2.6% YTD downtime and over 88% planned work, saving more than $250K in parts costs along the way.
Tech Innovator
These winners help shape the future of Limble itself, joining beta programs, testing new features, and working with our product team to make the platform better for everyone.

Lucinda Mills, Twin City Foods, Inc
Lucinda standardized a patchwork of software and paper processes across every site, rolling out mobile tablets and unlocking parts-tracking insight the company never had before.

Christy Stine, Commonwealth University
Christy is an active participant in Limble's V3 beta program, testing pre-release features and surfacing bugs before they reach other customers. Her feedback helps make the platform better for everyone.
Reporting Revolutionary
This award recognizes teams who use Limble to gain visibility across their organization and make data-driven decisions, like when to replace equipment or when to add staff.

Salah Eddine Akradi, Montfort Hospital
Salah's reporting tracks PM completion, backlog, downtime, and compliance, helping prioritize capital projects and supporting a successful accreditation survey.
To all of our winners: thank you for the work you do and for the example you set.
